Healthy with Ease Course
Are You Ready To Take the Lead on Your Health and Vitality?
This 4-week course will teach you a system to get you out of ups and downs with your health, and to live in alignment with what will make you feel great about yourself. You’ll develop:
- The ability to see what you truly want for your health, not what you should want. Just choice, no obligation.
- The ability to optimize your daily choices, stop doing what does not work, and start doing what works
- The ability to learn from your successes and failures in a playful and joyful way that keeps you motivated and enjoying the process.
With a simple but profound shift in how you see your health and some smart daily and weekly practices, you could start being healthy for life now.
Course Outcomes
The course is relatively short (7 hours of training time, spread over 4 weeks), but it is not a quick fix. It is a kick-start to a lifelong journey that begins when you register. The real measure of the course success is that you will still be using the systems, tools and skills you have learned during the course weeks, months and years after the course is over. For life, really. Healthy, with ease,
In this course you will develop a new relationship to "Health & Fitness" that will enable you to create and sustain healthy habits for life - with ease! You will leave with a new way of being healthy to guide your lifelong journey after the course.
Course Structure
- 4 weeks + 1 day.
- Each week:
- A 30 minute live session (zoom) to kick off the week on Monday evening.
- Watch four videos (~15 minutes each), suggested one per day Tuesday to Friday. (You can watch any day, provided the 4 videos are watched before the next week's live session
- One 30 minute live session (zoom) to close the course
Time invested over the 4 weeks: ~7 hours total
To make it easy: All live sessions are recorded if you cannot attend live.
To make it yours: The times above do not include the actions you choose to take (homework, exercise, journaling, reflecting, eating, etc) to create and practice your healthy journey

WEEK 1
Your Health Vision
What you envision for your health is the basis of your health identity. Learn a simple framework to examine your beliefs and desires in the area of health and set the foundation for the practices and habits you will design into your life, including:
- What beliefs you have about health and fitness that are no longer serving you
- What is the ideal vision you have for yourself in 10 years time
- Why that health vision is important
You’ll finish this week with a completely new understanding and ownership of what it means to be healthy, not based on your past, but inspired by the type of life and vitality you want in the future.
WEEK 2
The 5 Pillars of Health
With your Health Vision in mind (literally), the next step is to start creating concrete steps (we will organize them into pillars) to make that vision a reality . This week you’ll learn:
- The distinction of Process and Outcome goals
- How to use the nature of habits to your advantage
- How to develop the habit of developing habits
- What is important to you in the two first pillars of Sleep and Mind
WEEK 3
Making it a system (the habit muscles)
The secret to being healthy with ease is to increase your ability to consistently do what is important to you. In this week, you’ll learn:
- What is important to you in the last three pillars of Movement, Nutrition and Personal Brand
- How to keep yourself accountable as play and fun not an obligation
- The ability to tap into the source of your freedom about health choices
- The principles of Lifelong Vitality that enable ease
You’ll finish this week feeling a new lightness about being healthy. The structures are there to set you free and capable! This is strength training of your Healthy Habits muscles, including the main one between your ears.
WEEK 4
Making it last (a.k.a with ease)
By now you have what it takes to follow a new trajectory towards your Health Vision. However, we all know, life gets in the way of our best intentions. In this week, you’ll learn:
- The ability to keep learning and pivoting as required
- The ability to keep your Health Vision aligned and inspiring to you
- To stop relying on what you "feel like doing" and instead make choices based on who you "choose to be"
You’ll finish this course with clarity, commitment, tools and a system to make Lifelong Vitality a reality for you, by design, not by chance. With ease.

I'm Junia Freitas
After having a successful 30-year career working for large corporations, I realized I was not as healthy and happy as I wanted to be, despite financial security and a lot of effort put into running triathlons and other sports events. I replaced the stress and time demands of going up the corporate ladder with new life priorities that eventually had us move to a smaller town, simplify life, introduce new less ambitious and more enjoyable healthy habits, and overall increase the daily joy factor to what I like to call the 100% Happy way.
